Our Role
Amtrak Tickets & Reservation Assistance is an independent third-party reservations helpline. We facilitate bookings on behalf of travelers with various rail carriers. We are not the operating carrier and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by the carrier.
Bookings & Payments
- All fares are subject to carrier availability and are confirmed at the time of payment.
- A service fee may apply to certain reservations and will be disclosed before payment.
- Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant third parties.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased. Please refer to our Refunds page for details.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate passenger and payment information. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information you provide.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected reservation.
